Campaigns I ran using Kanka (D&D 5e):
Tales of the Old Margreve (Kobold Press)
Humblewood (Hit Point Press), just used the setting and hombrewed the campaign.
Coming up is Dungeons of Drakkenheim.

Currently playing in two campaigns that use Kanka but ran out of characters to describe them. :)
