An old tower by Lake Baratok that was once occupied by an old wizard (or lich) named Khazan it's door is magically sealed and requires a sequence of movements (matching the "runes" on the door) to open.
Golems inside are able to raise and lower a lift. Though the tower is damaged the top floor is still in good condition and was recently occupied by Rudolph van Richten.
