• Crafty, cruel and shrewd wizard-businessman and holder of the title "Lord" in Neverwinter. 
• Effete and arrogant beyond even comical renderings.
• Runs a lucrative business managing winds for Neverwinter's harbor.
• Including (tugboat-like) steering and training new apprentices in summoning arts to manage winds (in harbors or even on-ship).
• Including recently expanding into using Pixies for ship-to-ship and ship-to-shore message delivery.
• How the Pixies are compelled to this service is not known. 
• There are rumors Draffodyl has ties to the dangerous Eldreth Veluuthra.
• Sadistically put IIarno Albrek out of business and bankrupted the entire family in the process.
