Smithlin is a majority Dragonborn, second is Gnome. Humans only occupy about 5% of the population. It prominently features a massive monument, which is a tribute to the Beastwild. A town known for its Magic and its lush farmland. The rulership is contested, with open fighting between families: The Uroprax, a Blue Dragonborn family lead by Eldad; and The Bafflespring, a Gnome family lead by Briser.
Currently, the Uroprax family holds the Lordship, but it is constantly contested by fighting in the streets.
Defenses: The town is surrounded by simple wood and earth walls with a large stone wall to the east separating the town from the Wild Plains. 28 trained warriors serve in the town's defense, and a militia of 440 can be mustered in case of attack. The sheriff is Five of Wine, Female Tabaxi.
