Arcane Endower
An arcane mark graces the user's face.
The user may endow the knowledge of a cantrip to any creature with an INT of 3 or greater.
To choose the spell the user must make an unmodified roll. If they fail, the cantrip is random (or DM chosen) instead.
For arcane spells and Spell of Torm the DC is 5.
For non-Torm divine spells the DC is 10.
When gifting a spell, this ability creates a briefly visible, magical mark like a tattoo that flows onto the target. As the spell is granted it disappears, as though it has sunk into their skin and faded
