Form some time near the collapse of operation condor, they are seem by many as just another PMC, the truth is that they carry operations against any supernatural threats that appear and against any foreign Organization trying to operate in South America, all the while offering their services as a PMC "specialize" in certain "abnormal" threats. Their primarily objective, in addition to protect the nations associated with them, is to prevent another Operation Condor from ever happening again, and to that end Poison Rose has been increasing their power in almost every South American country that they could get a hold of. As result of this, they have made it a nightmare for any foreign Organization to operate in the area, they are specially rivals of Task Force: VALKYRIE.
