The Community of the Free City stands as a domain primarily controlled by the Carthian Movement, with a few other covens playing minor roles, excluding the Lancea and Invictus. Reflecting the ethos of the Carthians, members of this domain embrace liberal ideologies in both thought and action.
The governing structure of the Community aligns with both communist and Peronist ideals. A central council leads the domain, while numerous "soviets" councils operate within the various universities under their jurisdiction, fostering decentralized decision-making and participation among the kindred population.
