Nihiloor (pronounced: Ni-heh-loor) is a Mind Flayer who works for the Xanathar's Guild, by creating and spreading Intellect Devourers throughout the sewers of Waterdeep. He is a nightmarish figure wearing black robes, with four tentacles encircling its inhuman mouth.
History
Nihiloor's main activity is to create Intellect Devourers. It set them loose in Waterdeep, where recently there have been more and more sightings of these little monsters.
The Trollskull Crushers once ran into Nihiloor while he was interrogating Floon Blagmaar in a hidden base in the sewers of Waterdeep. Nihiloor left the Intellect Devourer he was carrying and his Half-Orc minion Grum'shar to take care of the intruders. The Party noticed him holding a small stone orb carved to resemble an eyeball as Nihiloord slid into the next room where he seemingly disappeared.
