Azerty is an gnome artificer working at the House of Inspired Hands. Her area of expertise involves using crystals and gems as a source of power.
History
Azerty used to work in the same workshop area as Quertex. During their time working together, they came to hate each other with a passion. Azerty would often try to ruin Quertex's inventions.
Azerty came into contact with the Cult of the dragon around the year 1470. From then onwards, she would work for them, doing experiments and in the process creating Gem Eggs by infusing Metallic dragon eggs with chromatic dragon magic. She learned certain magic from the nine hells during this period thanks to the cult's connection to Avernus & Tiamat.
In 1480, after the The Dragon Wars ended. Azerty was recruited by the Cassalanter family to work for them, the Cassalanters threatened to expose her as a member of the Cult of The Dragon if she declined.
For the Day of Wonders in 1492, Azerty created a large Clockwork Dragon powered by one of her magical gems. The Clockwork Dragon took part in the parade and also ended up being the final challenge in the group combat event hosted in the Field of Triumph which The Trollskull Crushers managed to ultimately defeat in a difficult battle.
Azerty went back to retrieve her magical gem from the party after taking it from the Clockwork Dragon's head and handed over a Crimson Gem Egg to them as a reward.
