Firbolg

Firbolgs are rare in Tide and the few there are rarely set out for a life of adventure, you should consult with your DM if you wish to play a firbolg.

Geographical Distribution

• Pauviel (Rare): There are several firbolg populations in the forests of Pauviel, where they safeguard their woodland homes. They live in small villages sometimes alongside wood elves
• Theder (Very Rare): There are stories of Firbolg in Stormwood to the north, but none of them have been verified
