Storm is a fearsome pirate captain, and admiral of a small fleet under The Crown of Saltspire. He originally sailed on a merchant ship under Captain Bramber, eventually staging a mutiny and taking over as captain. He killed or marooned any of the crew who were still loyal to Bramber.
Storm slowly rose up the ranks of Saltspire, and now commands a small fleet of four ships who patrol the coast of Lagatpulgoruz and steal from merchant vessels. His name sparks fear in sailors across the coast from Blackwater to Lancetide.
