A lady of The Council of Forod Eska, once a feared and respected division general of the 4th Division (The Dragon) of Tirismálos, where she fought alongside Captain Yalarys Dulthanderrac.
She wears a silver eye-patch to hide the terrible damage done in battle. Her left arm is ineffective and her left leg is missing below the knee, replaced by a leg carved of spiralling ivory.
Her brother, Lord Faervel Felmir, is also on The Council.
