Vikta laid under the thick pirate's coat that Yozsu laid atop of them like a blanket head resting only partially on the robe Ember had folded into a pillow--the other half on the ground.
The world spun and things seemed altogether too much and not enough at the same time. Szas Tam hadn't reacted this time to Vikta asking for aid in undoing the Contract. How did all this work? Was he constantly aware or. . . Did he flutter in and out of awareness of their actions? Either way, Vikta slowly became aware of the fact that her body felt...odd.
A quick glance revealed that, yeah... loss of control on their Visage happened yet again. "Fuck...whhhhy?" She bemoaned rather loudly unaware of her volume.

Yozsu was hovering nearby being the only one beside Amber that was still fully mobile and aware of what they were doing. Seeing her changling companion finally stirring after passing out from her hair she approached.
Her normal neutral expression now held a small smirk. "Finally back amoungst the sober are we? I thought one with your ability would handle such a thing better."** She drawled out in an amusement.

With a bark of laughter Vikta moved to sit into a sitting position. "You would think that, I've done all sorts of shit--but that was new." The changeling moved to to snag the coat and hand it off to Yozsu, while looking round for her hat. "I can't believe I lost control; again."
Pausing in her movements and search wobbling slightly the young changeling closed their eyes and took in a deep breath focus and deliberation morphing into Young Victoria Irme, the dark haired debutante who died in a horrific carriage accident--or ambush on the road outside of Vikta's former home.
Peeking an eye open comically glancing down at the hand holding Yozsu's coat Vikta sighed once more, "alright."

A grin breaks onto Yozsu face as she takes he coat and places it back on. "Yes, quite amusing to see you different from you usual demeanor. Might have to have a party like this again in the future." She will lend a hand so that Vikta can steady herself as she rises from the ground. Only raising a brow at her new visage she has taken but says nothing. "If it is any comfort to you the Vestoni did not mind your true form. Well a fair portion of them didnt mind with only a few that said something but i digress. They still see you as an ally."

"Well, that's good..." Vikta leaned down a little mindful of Yozsu's aid in staying standing to pick up the fallen hat and the robe. "I am surprised they didn't label me a monster...many would."

"I would not focus on such labels. Know the power of what you have and embrace it. They do not control your life, they can say what they will. you choose your path in life not them. They are just merely a label these meats use for things they dont even have a clue in understanding." She hisses as she looks amoung the crowd of people around them. Not missing the few that likely glance their way as they converse. "Thats what makes us different though for we are on a level on our own. Far superior to any of them."

A dark brown perked on Vikta's new face, "Superior...meats? So you think...I should walk around like myself? As I was born? I can just hear the screams now..."
Vikta moved grabbing the hat placing it on her head before they scooped up the robe shaking it out. "Thank you for the help, Yozsu, and the blanket. I appreciate it."
Vikta glanced around, "The world is still moving, uncomfortably so." Righting themselves Vikta gave Yozsu a grin, "Glad I could be of some amusement though."
Looking around Vikta looked for Ember, We should gather and head out get gear and such...I heard some of what was discussed but...are we getting a wagon? To blend in as we travel--or should we get horses?"

"Meats yes, its a term my kind uses for races that are not Yuanti. I gues shaving the ability to hides one form helps, being born like myself i cant really hide so I learn to just learn to deal with such comments. But the base line of what i am saying you dont be ashamed of what you are. We are made as our gods decided it." Yozsu explained more. She wasnt the best at emphasizing with others as that was not somethi g she dealt with or she care about most times but figure she would at least say something. The snake women just gave a nod at her thanks though left to continue her own thoughts to herself.
"Not fully decided yet, the chief said we could use one of their wagon if we desire. They will be heading into town to buy a wagon anyway for the one that was lost. We might get one as well for ground travel dont imagine we will go everywhere by sea. Speaking of which we should see Gress to see about taking care of our ship as we head out."

"Agreed, I'm thinking a wagon, a draft horse or two to pull it and a few riding horses for us to trade off on as needed so we aren't always stuck walking or in the wagon." Vikta folded Ember's robe over her arm. Shaking her head, "It will take a lot for me to be proud of what I am...hunted my whole life."
"I need new clothes...these rags won't work for where we are going, and I need a change."
Stretching her back a little Vikta looked around again, "So that wand I got from Petey. It just makes meat into leather... what's your bag do?"

Yozsu nodded. ""Seems like a good plan, definitely should fet winter clothes i am not too fond of the cold so i rather be prepared. As for the hunted part, well i think they will find it hard to get to you with us around." a small sinkster smile falshed on Yozsu face for the breifest of moments. She would like to see someone challege her again. So will make a fine show of mutilating their corpse. She then grimance slightly at the mention of Petey. Seems like all theor gear was nothing but tricks. "Apparently whatever you put in there has a random timer you have to wait before you can get it. Rather uselss in dire situations."

"That slimey greasy bastard, we need to stop there before we leave town. Gres, Petey,--what about the kid? Does Ember intend to let him know we're leaving town? I like the wand it could be useful in the right situations, but I was hoping it would be good in battle. You know something else up my sleeve...something not--"
Vikta pointedly looks at their hands, "You know...that related." Frowning Vikta pulls out the wand, "Wonder if I could get money for it above ground or if its contraband?"
Vikta moved then taking a few steps to test their balance, their head was killing them and they were a little shakey on the legs still but she could handle that. Thinking of Yozsu's words, "We are quite the..quick to fight group."

Ember strolls over to where Vikta had been resting, under the watchful eye of Yozsu. She had a water skin freshly filled and some small bits of food. Though seeing her friend up and moving she picks up her pace cheerfully greeting them. "You're back! I thought you might not ever come back down. Here for you!" She hands the assorted fruit, meat and water skin to Vikta and a much larger cooked meat chunk to Yozsu. "Nothin fancy but you'll need to keep your strength up. The spices take a lot out of you."
Plopping herself down unceremoniously, she snagged a piece of sweetened fruit to nibble on. "You were very cute while high, kept talking about ponies and tried casting some magic. But you were very sweet."
Tilting her head, "So, what were y'all discussing? Anything interesting?"

"Indeed i will like to deal with him before we leave. I doubt Ember will leave withojt telling the child. So i guess while we are down there we can stop by. Yes i know we will be gathering lots of items so this bag is virtually useless to us. Might i well get an actual bag of holding." Yozsu gave a nod, "Im sure we can find someone to buy it at a decent price. Perhaps a butcher or smith? Seems like it will do well for them." Before she could speak again Ember had approached, she gave a nod towards her in greeting.

Laughing she moved to to accept the food and drink. "We were discussing a plan of action before we leave, clothes and gear shopping--possibly notifying the boy of our departure. And of Visiting Greece, mayhap she has more information we could use?
Noticing Kenji Vikta grinned, thankfully she wasn't the only one in pain. "Consequences...I had an idea, we should sell the extra gear we've gathered...that way we have more spending money. We can always hunt down more bandits to resupply when we grab our ship back from Grestina."

Yozsu listen to the others as they discuss. Looking up towards Kenji as he joins them. "FIne as ever now that effects are gone." He amusement comes back slightly seeing Kenji. He didnt take too well to the substance either but at least he was rather calm about it. "That is true, should be a never ending supply or those filth in these lands. We can probably gain much from raiding Bandit camps."

"Now there's an idea... do you think Gres and her guild will pay us for the equipment on the ship if they want or need any of it? I know we were saving it to ensure we could gear up our own crew... but honestly we could sell it all and just hunt more pirates and bandits down."
"We're likely bound to run into some on the road--right?"

"We do need the money for the ship. I only asked for that 2% so we could have a stable source of income for the boat. Honestly before we take it out sailing we should get upgrade for her. A few coat of paint and maybe some new sails. We wouldn't want people thinking we are pirates. If they make as much as i think they do from their inventory within a few months we should have more than enough to fund our little family."
