Vikta and Yozsu have a side convo which equates to “You good? What’s up?” On Yozsu’s part and Vikta’s uhhhh you know Lich-Daddyo… when really her reaction to Cynder’s actions was some jealousy…Vikta lied to Yozsu--out of embarrassment.
As the party moves to find Ismark we see a slightly alarming notice of the next festival replacing the former festival.
We make it to the Blue Water Inn. Its about 9pm or so….2 story building.

Vikta gets pushy and smarmy wanting that money.
Irena tries to convince Ismark that following Flame Hearts is the best option. She turns to Ember about the danger. Cynder baby--tell them the truuuuuth.
They try to convince Ember in turn that we need to leave. Vikta catches enough via lip reading and sends a message that brings Cynder out to play. Ismark moves to get payment as Cynder decides we want payment now.
Vikta messages Ismark, in an intimidation move warning him if he tries to run without paying… we are very good at getting what we are owed.
He does bring down a chest of our due. Vikta demands he opens the chest--talking of Chewy vaguely… he is offended...by being it implied that he might try to trick us...with a trap in public. Vikta responds that we grew up in danger.

Strange ass elf man walks in...he looks so weird. He does not fit in at all… he was whistling and swinging a cane--with a funky top hat.

Vikta jokes about her comment of “In Watches” as Kenji mentions maybe we should get a single room?
Rictavio the Carnival master--and he gives Vikta an apple… He’s friendly and concerned we’re wanting to leave town.

Vikta doesn’t want to go back in to the inn and let Ismark win. Votes for abandoned home for rest. We head to find the abandoned place to sleep in. Fuck the nobles.
First building we look in, it is completely ransacked infested with rats.
Second building we look in, Infernal voices are heard, Vikta checks with patron and he says… goooo but in a very creepy ass way.
ITs a mother fucking cult--chanting, in the middle is a sacrified goat and an arcane symbol.
Gnarly looking head cultist appears.
Vikta attacks while Cynder’s eyes light up in rage. The party is calling dibs on the outfit--Yozsu is first lol.
Kenji and Yozsu make some good hits.
The party begins to do what they do best--the head cultist tells his men to run… cowards.
The party attacks the enemy two get away, Kenji corners one in the back with Yozsu and find out about a new mysterious figure who has much power.
Yozsu and Vikta separately are told by their patrons that they need to find that power and give it to their respective patrons. A strong force pushes Their patrons out of their minds.
