The Order of Owls, or Ordinatio di Noctua, is a secret society dedicated to maintaining "The Balance".
Meetings are held in a demiplane known as The Mews.
Membership within the order is denoted by the possession of a silver medallion with an owl on one side and an elven goddess on the other.
