Orcish tribes defeat the Empire in the Battle of the Bone Forest and then begin a conquest of former orcish lands to the south. They are defeated at the Battle of Engwith by a contingent of mages and are forced to retreat in the face Valorian reinforcements. The are finally defeated in detail and forced to sign a new peace treaty which severely curtails their rights and territory.
