Ring of Peerless Magicks

This copper ring has five small shimmering gems embedded around the base of the ring, with shifting brightness and hues. Once per day, this ring allows the wearer to cast any level one spell as a level five spell instead, still expending the level one spell slot. After using this effect, the gems fade to grey until recharged.
