The Leader of Protectors and the Leader of Revengers will fight till the end of time inside that prison. Citus did that, the same preachers say in order to stop A'Bhaath from his great plan of domination over mortals in Ashling.
From inside that prison, Citus can not give clerical powers to his faithful followers. However, once in hundreds of years, he can bless with large amount of his power a chosen. That person will gain tremendous healing powers as well as the ability in foresight. Those individuals will be the living embodiment of what Citus constitutes, and will rise to prominent places such us advisors to Kings etc.
