[Activity] When you spend 1 Supply and 1 hour to create a work of art about a character, roll Artist. On a success, if you show that character or someone that has strong feelings towards that character, the viewer become Inspired.
[Activity Modifier] Each work of art you create can inspire a number of different characters up to your Artist level. Each character can be inspired by a given work of art only once.
