A once wealthy and prosperous duchy in the central regions of Tolria which has now after many years racked with war, been reduced to a crime-infested city rampant with plague and disease. Ruled under the drunken oversight of the Bloody Duke, the city maintains itself a hub of scum and villainy throughout all of the northern realms of Tolria which lie beyond.
