A wretched hive of scum and villainy which headquarters to many of the spanning crime syndicates which operate throughout Tolria. Most namely, the de facto leader of Scoda, Mad-Eye Marley, operated his criminal syndicate known as the Mad Eyes out of Scoda for many years until it was taken over by his former second hand Chadwick.
