Story Acts

Story Outline
  1. Act One: Festival Of The Moons The stars have begun to align as it was foretold. The pieces will soon begin to fall into place, truly a masterpiece, like watching as the brush strokes the canvas carefully but gracefully to end with a final piece de resistance.

Act Two: A Dilemma Of Faith A gift they say, again and again, from destiny himself... A parasite more like, spread through coated and concealed words. To steal one’s choice is cruel enough, but to plague one’s every waking thought is a far worse cruelty.

Act Three: So It Was Prophesied They simply cannot understand, for they have not seen, nor experienced the presence. They may even resist it, but they have not felt such things. They cannot stand defiant in the face of infinity. They will come to me.

Act Four: Judge, Jury, Executioner They seek out what they do not understand with such contempt, as an infant coming to decisions before any form of explanation or reason is developed. It matters little however, for the release is well within sight.

Act Five: Innocence Lost Ever closer we’re getting, each seal being broken as the prophecy says, but what choice is there for me? What can I do? Is it too late? Some believe willpower can overcome even inevitability.

Act Six: A Dire Message The quarrels of mortals such as this will be but fading whispers when the cage is finally broken. All will be brought to their knees and molded again in a beautiful resurgence of elemental chaos and destruction.

  2. Act Seven: The Great Journey This has to be stopped. There can be no other way, it’s a matter of opportunity to which I am in unfortunately in very short supply. Maybe they will be what I have waited for, yet even then, still only a dim light to all of this blackness. It once seemed so clear to me but now it all is so very shrouded.

Act Eight: The Price Of Treachery Where others despair, I see so clearly. These conflicts are no worry of mine, the squabbling of lesser things. What matters now is the end, and it is within sight, I can sense its radiating force. A new reign shall begin with the destruction of the natural order.

Act Nine: Deal With The Devil His will is eternal, his thoughts all creating, his being beyond our highest comprehensions. There is no stopping this! HE IS INEVITABLE! A transcendent of time and space, the true god over the stars.

Act Ten: Visions Of Battles Past Unknowingly, they sacrifice their lives for my doing, but what is there to do? This has already been set in motion long ago, who am I to stand in the way of something this colossal. Staring down infinity and the endless all-consuming abyss, I feel there is no hope, he will be freed and all will return

Act Eleven: The Hunt The time is nearly upon us, after our millenia of waiting, it all diverges to this singular moment in the stars. Only three seals remain unbroken before us brothers. He will bring us into a new brighter age, the next evolution of the natural order, how it was always meant to be. Look unto me and watch the ascension of all that is, was, and will be.

Act Twelve: The Time Thief “I understand all too clearly, I've waited millenia for this. You can understand that much old man. So much power but yet so fragile.” as Kalekai holds the hourglass and disappears into a portal

Act Thirteen: Into The Unknown Kalekai attacking Mystra

Act Fourteen: The Endgame “I offered you freedom, wealth, the dreams of the future. I gave you a chance at something different, something better, a pure existence. Yet still, you see me as the monster, you fear what I am, and despise what I have done, even when you don't understand the grand design at play. We are nothing but a genetic mutation in the infinite expanse of the abyss, waiting to wither and die when our time is upon us. And the gods we revere, that we worship, and hold all devout, they are nothing more than plotting cowards. Turning on their own creator, to seize power and be worshipped by the masses, they fill your heads with delusions. I chose a different path, I swam against the currents of reality, denied the arbitrary rules that hold this material plane together. Even now, I stand face to face with my own brother, blood against blood. And for this, I accepted the title of monster, destroyer of worlds, of abomination. I shoulder this burden so that all others do not have to and I sacrifice my ties to this world, and to my feeble humanity, for the chance at something better for all of us. To let this reality be reborn in the all consuming cosmic power that first spawned this universe. I welcome you all the dawn of a new age, no matter if you accept this with open arms or weapons drawn, it will come, it will be done.”

    Post Game: The Infinite World
The soul of a mortal is a curious thing. It allows for the persistence of memories and the essence of the fallen even beyond the veil. For those unfortunate souls lost in the final fight for stability in the Infinite Continuum, a mysterious fate meets them in the twisting world of the infinity crystal. Here rests the realm of Azhorra'tha, the lord over the stars. A plane best described as elemental chaos, the rules of reality hold no value in this abyssal plane. Here, the restless souls of those consumed by the crystal endure the infinite will of the great watcher.
