Cedric

As commander of the Avoronian local garrison in Aressas, Quartermaster Cedric ran a strict but novel training regimen keeping his men fit and active. A long-time friend of Fineas, after meeting another high elf in many years of near solitude in the vast populaces of the Northern Kingdoms. Aiding the party in the battle for the Nothern Realms, Cedric was gravely wounded and remained off the battlefield for the remnants of his life. Bed riddled, he witnessed the fall of Avoronia, and subsequently Aressas at the hands of the invading Empire of Bastile before his own suicide.
