A young girl standing about 5'4", with blue eyes, short dark grey hair, and a pale complexion. Wears a black outfit with silver scalemail, blue trimmings, and a blueish-black cape with white insignias from a neighboring country. Horse has a dark grey coat, almost seeming black in low light. Colors are oddly muted, for what most think of a paladin to be.

A commoner from a neighboring country suffering from strife, Gwen's earned herself a bit of a reputation. In fact, she seems to have earned a bit of a folk hero status among the commoners, off in the fringes. She didn't really do anything to earn that status, in her opinion. All she did was stand up for her people and her virtues, to a corrupt noble trying to push them around. One thing lead to another, and why it snowballed into all of this, she doesn't know. She sure didn't know how to use a lance before, but she's certainly learned now. Now, thanks to her actions (and people's tendency to talk), a tyrant of a noble is after her head. She's laying low in a neighboring country, if only for long enough for the heat to die down and the chopping block to get off her back. Her fellows need her, and she'll fight for them with no remorse, but she's of no use to them dead.

Gwen is blunt and stubborn, but honest and fair. She's got a bit of a temper, but she listens to reason first and foremost, and tends to think of others before herself under most circumstances. In truth, Gwen really dislikes her legacy, and the sort of attention it's gotten her. In her mind, she simply did what she felt was right. No need for all this fuss, and to be honest, she finds the attention embarrassing. But she wouldn't have changed her actions, despite this. She does have a bit of a grudge against nobles due to this past, and is slow to trust them, but honesty and integrity will win her over - as long as you're earnest and willing to learn, she'll gain an appreciation for you.

(Also, she enjoys cooking. Let her cook.)
