Toblem Stonehill is a friendly tavernkeeper that provides food and drink to the people of Phandalin from his inn, Stonehill Inn. It is known that he enjoys a tale or two if the party wishes to chat with him if they head towards his inn when he is not busy serving patrons. He is a small man, some theorizing that he is half dwarven due to his small and broad stature and knowing dwarven as a language seeming to cement this idea.
