All Rakshasa are spirits of deception, and even the lowliest Zakya can read minds and change their shape. The Naztharune, however, are especially suited to infiltration and subterfuge. They are significantly more agile than the standard rakshasa, and appear panther-like in their colouration. Naztharune lack many of the magical abilities that the sorcerer rakshasa possess, but they make up for this with their increased physical capabilities and the ability to become invisible at will, and to teleport between shadows. Like the Zakya, their immunity to spells is not as potent as that possessed by the sorcerer class of rakshasa.
The Naztharune are the assassins and rogues of the Lords of Dust, and most of the criminal organisations in Eberron likely have Naztharune infiltrators amongst them.
