All tiefling's are touched by fiends, but few can claim to have a direct link to one of the Overlords. Occasionally, a child born within the radius of influence of one of the prison's of an Overlord are born touched by it's influence, shaped in their image.

Superstition surrounds the Sakah, but their personalities are no more influenced by their heritage than any other tiefling. They are comparable to a Planetouched Tiefling, just shaped by the fiendish essence of Eberron rather than one of the other planes. Every overlord is unique, and the Sakah that they produce have appearances and abilities that reflect the nature of the overlord that influenced them. Even by tiefling standards, the Sakah are incredibly rare, and only the most learned of scholars would even be able to differentiate one from any other tiefling.

They are most commonly found in the Demon Wastes, where they are celebrated for their closeness to the fiends that the Carrion Tribes worship as gods, and most of them are shaped by the culture that produced them. Otherwise, they have been observed to appear in Thrane and Q'barra, where Bel Shalor, the Shadow in the Flame and Masvirik, the Cold Sun extend their respective influences.

Sakah are so rare that it is theorised by some that their birth is prophetically significant. Some believe that the birth of a Sakah is a grave omen, a warning of the increasing strength of an overlord, or the weakening of it's prison.
