The Wind Howlers are one of the ten flights of harpies that resided in the Byeshk Mountains in northern Droaam, and the largest of the six flights of harpies that do not openly support the Daughters of Sora Kell and remain in their historic territory in the mountains.
The Wind Howlers are led by Callain of the Bloody Word, a harpy songbird who despises the Daughters of Sora Kell and enjoys upsetting their plans whenever she is able. Their territory is in the northern Byeshk Mountains and extends a little bit into the Eldeen Reaches.
