K'zzal is an 8 ft. tall lizardfolk from Q'barra, who works as the butcher in Shamukaar, in Khyber's Gate. There was a bounty out for him, dead or alive, for a string of armed robberies and the murder of several members of the Sharn Watch, which the Mist Walkers collected when they apprehended him. Presumably, he's rotting in a cell somewhere.
