The enigmatic Xor'chylic is the governor of the city of Graywall in eastern Droaam. They are ruthlessly efficient at maintaining order for the Daughters of Sora Kell, and Graywall has flourished under their watch.
Xor'chylic has no patience for those who kill needlessly, and it didn't take long for the citizens of Graywall to get the hint and check their behaviour. Nobody wants to get on a mind flayer's bad side, and Xor'chylic is brutal even by the standards of those creatures. They are exceedingly old, and though their body has withered, their mind is sharper than it has ever been, and they have spent a very, very long time harnessing and honing their psionic abilities.
Rumours say that the Daughters of Sora Kell found Xor'chylic locked away, deep beneath the ruins of Korash Khaar, and that they had been locked away by their own kind. No one knows for sure, and Xor'chylic is not very forthcoming, but some believe the mind flayer seeks vengeance against the Daelkyr, and that Droaam's assistance in this task was the price paid for Xor'chylic's allegiance.
