The troll known as Tete Shaat'aar is a powerful priest of The Keeper from Droaam. They also act as a Talon of the Keeper, which enables them to make deals with mortals on the Keeper's behalf. They abhor intelligent undead, believing that only the Keeper has the right to keep a soul from Dolurrh.
