Councilor Jolira Jan Dorian is a councilor for Korranberg within the Triumvirate of Zilargo. She is a talented illusionist, notable even amongst a population that has an affinity for illusion magic, and being notable in Zilargo is dangerous, or very very lucrative.
She was one of the three councilors that Zilargo sent to the Droaam Summit.
