Mordan Sel Sarin is a councilor for Zolanberg within the Triumvirate of Zilargo. He spent his youth as a foreman in his clan's gem mines, in the Seawall Mountains. He led his people to victory in a conflict with a warren of kobolds that attacked the miners when they intruded on the kobolds' home, and this got him noticed. So began his political career.
He was one of the three councilors that Zilargo sent to the Droaam Summit.
