Flametouched Iron
Flametouched Iron is considered sacred by the Church of the Silver Flame, and can only be found in Thrane. In it's natural state, it appears to be iron ore corroded with rust, but when refined it glimmers with a bluish, silvery sheen.
Fiends and Mabaran undead abhor the touch of flametouched iron. Attacks made with weapons and ammunition forged of flametouched iron ignore any resistance or immunity to bludgeoning, piercing or slashing damage that a fiend or undead creature has.
Mithral
Mithral is a gleaming, rare form of silver, lighter and stronger than steel. It is mostly found in the Mror Holds and the Blackcap Mountains in Breland.Armor and weapons made of mithral weigh 25% less than normal. A mithral chain shirt or breastplate can be worn under normal clothes. If the armor normally imposes disadvantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks or has a Strength requirement, the mithral version of the armor doesn't.
Heavy weapons made of mithral lose the Heavy property, and mithral weapons wielded in one hand gain the Finesse property. Finally, mithral weapons count as silver for the purposes of some creatures' resistances or immunities to weapons not made from silver.
Orichalcum
Orichalcum is a material used by the Sulatar drow for their weapons and armor. It has the appearance of polished, golden bronze.Armor and weapons made of orichalcum weigh 25% less, and armor made from it never grants disadvantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks. Heavy weapons made of orichalcum lose the Heavy property, and orichalcum weapons wielded in one hand gain the Finesse property.
Riedran Crysteel
Special crystals grow in Sarlona that can be worked with iron to create a crystal that is stronger than steel and resonates with psionic energies. When wielded by a creature with psionic talents, crysteel weapons function as +1 magical weapons, and deal an additional 1d4 psychic damage on hit.Additionally, they are particularly susceptible to the shatter spell and must also make a save when in the target area. They do so with a +4 bonus to the saving throw, if they fail, the weapon is shattered.

Silver
Silver is a precious metal usually too soft to be used in the forging of weapons. However, some monsters that have immunity or resistance to non-magical weapons are susceptible to silver weapons, and plating a weapon in silver is often cheaper than acquiring a magic weapon. Silver is a necessity when hunting lycanthropes.
Targath
Targath is a soft metal ore mined on the northern coast of Argonnessen and the Seren Isles. It is jealously guarded by the Seren barbarian tribes, because it has supernatural health-promoting properties.Wearing armour that incorporates Targath, or otherwise carrying a large amount of it on your person grants you advantage on saving throws against disease. Mysteriously, targath is also anathema to the deathless elves of the Undying Court. Attacks made with Targath-plated weapons ignore the damage resistances of deathless creatures.
