Clan Velderan is one of the three major clans that make up House Tharashk. Unlike the other two clans, Clan Velderan has no ties to either the Gatekeepers or the "Old Ways", and they have always been the clan most likely to travel outside of the Shadow Marches. Velderan can be understood to be the glue that binds the House together, as without them the other two clans would surely have destroyed each other, incompatible as their beliefs are.
Clan Velderan is based in Urthhold, on the coast of the Shadow Marches.
