Silvik Raam is the Sar'malaan of the Vaanka Ghaash'kala. He is devoted to Kalok Shash, but has blended this devotion with the druidic traditions of the Eldeen Reaches.
In addition to being the spiritual leader of the Vaanka, he is also their most gifted oracle, and spends much of his time in the Siberys Observatory at the peak of Vaanka Dar.
