The Order of the Moonlight has banded together under the leadership of The Plague Doctor. Their goal is to grant The Plague Doctor the power that she requires to give herself a new body that can withstand her magical prowess and enhance it. She promises them in return a sense of new world order under her command and granting them the strength and powers that they desire. King Mond Voxville works with the Order under the impression that he would become powerful and be side by side with the Plague Doctor in the new world. He helps fund the Order and is currently working on expanding his territory of rule so that the order has more access to materials.
Many of the members are comprised of experiments she has created to test out what she needs to create her new body and magic. They gather up materials and people to supply her operations. The people are often used as experiments while others are used as slaves within her labs.
Nyla has come forth with a way of operating, creating camp like structures for those designed to be harvested, experimented on, and more. These are the same camp like structures used against him and those of Unknown heritage. Nyla wanted to team up with the order losing his ways of a Unknown after feeling bogged down by the responsibilities he needed to endure along with the treatment of those around him he was facing. He wanted a sense of freedom. Through the Order, he felt a better sense of belonging as well as the sense of freedom he desired.
Narrin Joker uses the Cirque du Mystère as one of the many ways to obtain victims through the V.I.P access they they offer. The Circus also acts as a trial run for the successful experiments or even failed ones.
Unknown Unknown and Unknown have acted as partners to the Plague Doctor. They both wanted to strengthen their own powers to overthrow Unknown and return to their own home.
Calani uses the Guild of the Blade as means of information tracking and hunting town individuals who threaten the Order as well as the Divelinson Crown.
Tragedonna and Comedina are in control of the trafficking and are head scientists of the Order. They are the ones experimenting with bodies, souls, and minds of many that they capture. They use their research alongside the Plague Doctor to perfect the body and power.
Walden Stein helps fund the order and is also in charge of the raids of supplies.
