Dimach – Dule Swords
The Cross Blades, or the slicers
The Dimach used a sword in each hand. They train with several different types of the swords but the most common are the Sica. The Sica is a bladed sword weapon, similar to a scimitar, with a curved blade, suited more to slicing and cutting attacks.
They train with one of these in each hand, creating a slashing wall of blades as they move through combat. They rarely wore armor as it tended to get in the way of the fast movements they depended on in combat.
Symbols:
The symbol for the Dimach school is a pair of crossed curved blades. They are crossed just above the pummel.
Weapons and Weapon combinations:
When fighting with a Sica in each hand and you are wearing only light or piece meal armor, you gain the following game effect.
- When you engage in two-weapon fighting, you can add your ability modifier to the damage of the second attack.
- You can draw or put away both weapons as a single action when you could normally draw or put away a weapon.
- If you hit an opponent with both your primary attack and your off-hand bonus attack, you can use your reaction to deal an additional 2d6 + strength or dexterity modifier slashing damage.
