The storm touched are people that have been out in a storm. They have usually had some traumatic experience while in the storm. Not everyone who survives being in a storm becomes storm touched. The storm touched are forever connected to the storm. They can feel it for better or worse.

• Equipment: Any small amount gear, including any one of the packs and a pouch of gem shard worth 100gp
• Membership: None
• Feature: Storm Touched : With your intimate connection with the storm, you can feel it, even when it is not present. You always know where it is currently. You know when it will arrive in your area and how long it will linger. You are connected to it. If you are out in a storm you roll with advantage when making a constitution save. see The Great Storm
