Identify Spell Components:
In the ancient past the spell required a pearl worth at least 100 CP and an owl feather. Both are now almost impossible to find. Owls only exist within the shadows of cities and clams have not existed in maybe 1000 years. There are many night birds that exist, and they can be substituted for the owl feather. The pearl is a little trickier. There are two possible alternatives. Tiny tortoise shells that have been polished in the sands of the desert is the easier one, as that can be found, but it must be of 100 CP value. The other is a specially worked diamond worth 100 CP. Note: A 100 CP value pearl or substitute is consumed when casting of the spell.
