Inspiration Points

Character can gather as many as 3 Inspiration Points. 2 through the normal means within the game. If you do a write up you gain an Inspiration point for the next game. If you already have 2 Inspiration Points you can take a third point.
Anyone who posts an entry in the Adventure log section of the Obsidian Page earns a Inspiration to use in the next game. IF you already have 2, this is a third. This is the only way to go above and beyond the 2 Inspiration Points limit, in rule 1.
Inspiration Points can be used on attacks, saving throw, ability checks, random encounter rolls, and initiative rolls made on yourself as long as advantage was not used already.
Any time you gain an Inspiration Point you can convert that into a Spirit Point. You must decide to do it when you gain the point. Kiai is tracking the points in the wiki. Inform him and he will add the point to the wiki. See below for how to use Spirit Points (see our current party).

Spending Spirit Points

Buying a Talent: You can use your spirit points to buy talents for your character.

You must meet all the prerequisites for the talent.
You can only have one talent per character level.
The cost in spirit increases as you buy more talents. The first one purchased costs 4 spirit points.

This increases by one for each talent you buy. So for your second one you will cost 5 spirit points.

Gaining a power on an Ancestral Weapon: You can use your spirit points to add powers to an ancestral weapon.

You can not add to an ancestral weapon until 5th level.
The cost in spirit point is double the cost in the source book for the powers.

Gaining an Advanced Recovery Dice Option: You can spend points to buy advanced recovery dice options. These options give players a new way to spend their Hit Dice. They give characters some new abilities that expand the uniqueness of their character.

It cost 2 Spirit Points to buy these options.
Make sure to verify the option with the DM, some have been banded
