The party visit Hooves and Carter to retrieve four of the horses they have stabled there.
Leave Dundel on the road to Brackhill Fortress.
Gradual changing of landscape as they move East.
Towards dawn, the sound of hyenas are heard cackling in the near distant rugged hills.
Encounter with a pack of Gnolls that cannibalise their fallen to enter blood frenzies to fight!
After defeating the gnolls the party have lost one horse and make the last small leg to the fortress as dark falls. There, they meet Ned Dorhal and the garrison of the fort.
