Descending from the Shimmer Isles of east Usta, Amarion is a high elf who spent many of his years as an acolyte to the prime deity of his people, worshipping the Elven god of nature, Eloranos.
As Amarion grew in both knowledge and faith, he found himself drawn into the Order of the Ancients, a sect of holy warriors charged with the defence of the natural world and the lands of the elves. Their sacred vows drive them to keep balance in the world they occupy, where nature is something to be respected, and lived in harmoniously.
