Lettem Eat Cake

An orphan who's parents were killed during the Five Years War, Lettem has survived by scavanging what they can and stealing the rest. Through his cultive personality, he collected a small gang of others orphaned by The War, which eventually coalesced into the Rubble Runts. They now spend their days pulling off daring heists and magnanimously leading their friends to a promised future of a better life.
