Every time this hat is placed within a foot of another hat, this hat will create offspring. None of the hats are sentient, and when checked for magic the school is CONJURATION. The offspring hats look like a mix between the captivating cap and the hat next to it. The Captivating Cap can only mate with one other hat at a time. Other hats need no magic to produce offspring with. Offspring grow underneath the captivating cap, or hung underneath the captivating cap on the same hook if CC is hung up.
This hat really catches your eye. It is a top hat made of deep purple silk, with a pastel yellow ribbon above the brim that flows out in two tails behind the hat.
with crows, the crown basically replaces the ribbon around the hat, and the surrounding crown is made of felt.
