Comes from Nimble Marsh, however was abandoned by his parents and put up for adoption before he ever met his parents. After he excused himself from the system, he began to wander around the world begging and bartering for food wherever he went. Once in his travels, he found a walking stick (symbol of his patron Exis) in a camp, with a rat sitting on top. Carved in the stick was the word "Looper". Cyrus gave the rat some food, it did a little spin with joy, and they have been best buds ever since.
