Rayla Caedwynn

Rayla is a timid, callous and calculated woman who works for the Planar Travel Overseeing Bureau. She operates as a class A intrusion mitigation agent and ventures out on interplanar travel in an attempt to close and seal rifts, portals, gateways and unauthorized demi planes. She works under the P.T.O.B.'s executive branch's director Ms. Faye.

Rayla was scouted out 9 years earlier by the bureau when she was just a novice wizard meddling with an extraplanar anomaly. In an attempt to quell the anomaly, Rayla accidently transposed the anomaly onto herself and inherited the chaotic nature of a concordial rift. Ever since, she had gained the ability to alter her her own size as well as those of others. The accident drew the attention of the bureau who, to the surprise of everyone, found her knowledge of extraplanar transposition to be quite extensive.

Rayla now ventures to some of the most remote places of the universe whilst wielding the might of the Bureau. Laying down the law and order as ordained by her imposing superior.
