This writ to deal with any foul creatures that try to harm them, to extinguish their lives.

No innocents are to be harmed, 

If self defense is paramount, physical evidence is necessary, however to have the undesirables to be taken, or kept safe for pick up, from the authorities. This here party is a third party assistance to Saltmarsh Village Council, and hold no legitimate authority over the laws that govern this region.
