1) she is very fat
2) she is very stupid

Tikka Masala is a "show raiton," the end result of an odd Dynast's semi-successful attempts to breed a colorful, domesticated variety of raiton. Nacre "liberated" her from a V'Neef treasure ship not long after she took her second breath and claims she keeps the bird around as emergency rations but the quartermaster clearly loves the stupid little ball of feathers.
