The Kingdom includes all the Baronies and Principalities of the mainland including those who do not live under the king's law like the Lands of Shemka and some of the northern houses. The kingdom is ruled by King Reton Carnhold and has been for over two centuries. The kings life extension technology has allowed him to consolidate and grow his power with every passing decade. The only problem is that he hasn't named a clear successor and no-one knows how long the scientists at Bond Tower will be able to prolong his already lengthy life. His image appears everywhere. He is always depicted with his crown - a distinctive technological headpiece, technology that is connected directly to his brain.
He is so old that pictures of him in his youth are over two hundred years old. There are people that collect things that depict his visage from different eras of his long life.
